About the Wishing Well Foundation

The Wishing Well provides new and gently-used clothing and school supplies to children 0-18 years of age who are currently placed in the foster care system in Pierce County. We are the only foster support agency of its kind working in Pierce County.

We are a nonprofit support agency focused on the well-being of abused and neglected youth within the foster care system. Our mission is to provide the clothing, supplies, and experiences unavailable to most foster kids and to retain quality foster homes in Pierce County by addressing financial barriers to accepting foster placements.

They do amazing work. So helpful to the foster care community not just in clothing and in items for the home, but with sports scholarships, camps, and many other provisions for foster children to experience life enhancing and enjoyable activites. Awesome organization!!!
